Complaints and applications

If you have experienced something at the University of Copenhagen that you do not think is in order, you can complain. This may be over an exam, a decision or inappropriate behaviour from an employee.

If you want to complain or if you need to apply for an exemption, there are a number of things that it is good to be aware of. For example, always follow the programme's guidelines in your study information page as much as you can.
